Artist, Crystal Birns created a mural Downtown, on the temporary walkway in front of the construcion on Pacific and Church streets, working with children from Shared Adventured, an organization providing opportunities for community members with disabilities. When a piece of the mural went missing, SoWat and Crystal got it back.
